• How does meal prep personal chef services work?
1. Together we complete a food preference, allergy, dietary needs consultation. This can happen over a phone call session or I would be more than happy to come to your house to sit down and discuss it in person!
2. Then I create a fully customized meal plan made just for you. I will send you the menu with some options and with enough time to make changes with your input.
3. On the cook day, I will do all the grocery shopping to ensure freshness and choose substitutes if needed.
4. I will arrive at your home to cook, cool, package, and label your meals with simple heating instructions. All preparation of meals takes place in your own home kitchen. Depending on meal plan size and recipes, I will need 2.5-5 hours in your home.
5. You're left with a stocked fridge and a clean kitchen!
• How does dinner party personal chef services work?
1. We will discuss desired event date, group size, menu options, service style, prices, etc.
2. I will finalize everything and send it over email.
3. On the day of the event, I will go grocery shopping for all necessary ingredients, arrive at your home, and begin to prepare and cook in your kitchen.
4. Food will be served in the desired style.
