Meal Prep

The goal is to stock your fridge with enough prepared meals for your busy week. Meals are prepared in your own home on a set service day. The Chef will create menus that match each client's specific dietary needs and preferences.

Together we will complete an intro client assessment that will give the Chef all necessary information needed to create a personalized menu, get a layout of your kitchen, and answer all questions you might have.

The service fee includes: A Client Assessment with food questionnaire, personalized recipe research, menu development, same-day grocery shopping (to ensure freshness), travel time, meal preparation, packaging, labeling, and storing of meals, heating and serving instructions, and kitchen clean up. Cost of groceries is NOT included. Cost of groceries varies depending on menu choices and dietary needs.

Dinner Parties

A unique experience tailored for your special event. Having a personal chef for your event allows you to relax and be a guest to your own party. Chef Carissa will work with you to plan a menu that will make your party memorable.

• Rates start at $250 + cost of groceries

Indulge in a relaxing elegant dinner for 2 in the comfort and ease of your own home.
